At XMONDO HAIR Canada, we want you to be obsessed with your hair. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns on most products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unused, in their original packaging, and were purchased within the last 30 days. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain hair tools and accessories may be final sale.

  Contact Support

  Email our Canada-based support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit, attach the provided label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized Canadian carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
